A Note From the Albuquerque Alumnae Association President-2024

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to be your Albuquerque Alumnae Association president for another term. As president I was honored to be your delegate for the 75th convention, Kappa’s Diamond Jubilee. It was my twelfth convention! With your help, my goal to have 190 dues paying members of our association is possible. That said, by paying your annual dues today, you’ll help fund Gamma Beta scholarships-perhaps you received a scholarship or know a recipient. Your dues also support Kappa’s philanthropy, mental health. Additionally, dues fund a portion of several association events including Founders Day, Spring Luncheon, senior class gifts, along with small budgets for social events like the Summer Kick Off, the Valentine’s Gala, postage, AMAP dues, and chapter support. We can’t do these things without your membership. Thanks in advance. Hopefully, you are reading our monthly electronic newsletters.

Our next event is Mock Recruitment on Friday, August 16 th 5:30-7:30 PM. Please RSVP to Jodi Hebert 505-328-0593. A delicious dessert will be served! You may pay your dues at this event, via Square or mail a check. I look forward to seeing many Kappa sisters at activities all year long. It’s a joy to connect with Kappa sisters initiated from the 1940’s all the way to our 2024 graduates. This is the best “job” ever! Thank you.
